Of course women deserve an actual museum, not just one online. Women have made remarkable contributions to our nation’s history which are unfortunately often overlooked. With the anticipation of our first female president being elected, it is important for us to teach the next generation of women about what the past generations accomplished. It could inspire a new generation to continue the progress that sometimes seems to have stalled recently.

Amy Willerton
TV Host & Miss Universe Great Britain

A women’s history museum is mandatory so women have at least half of history recognized. I am sick to death of men being portrayed as legends and heroes constantly while women’s achievements are largely invisible. I shouldn’t learn about my gender on an Internet post while male representation and authority is saturated in sports, the media, services, organizations, science. Need I go on. Women are role models so show them.

A Women’s History Museum is important because it’s about time women are recognized for their great accomplishments, accomplishments that this page does a tremendous job acknowledging.
